Unlike industry-standard tarps, DRY TOP tarps are cut larger to ensure a true, full-finished size. Typically, tarps are cut to a specific "cut size" and then finish up to 1 foot shorter on each side after the seams and hems are closed. For example, a 5'x7' industry-standard tarp is roughly cut to that size but will finish approximately 6 inches shorter on each side, resulting in a final size that is almost 20% smaller than the listed dimensions.

In contrast, DRY TOP Medium Duty and Heavy Duty tarps are cut larger, ensuring a full-finished size (+/- 3%). Our tarps feature a dual-laminated, 10x8 weave, polyethylene construction with rope-reinforced hems, rust-resistant aluminum grommets, and heat-sealed seams and hems. This provides maximum weatherproofing and tear resistance. DRY TOP tarps are available in 25 sizes and a choice of blue or reversible brown/green colors.

It is crucial to always securely tie down your tarps. Allowing the tarp to "flap" in the wind can drastically reduce the product's lifespan. Additionally, covered items should be adequately ventilated at all times. To ensure safety, keep the tarp away from fire, as the polyethylene material will ignite and burn if exposed to an open flame.
